The third aspect of classroom environment is the psychological environment. There is comparative study that psychological environment is the most challenging of the three environments and is surely the most one-sided in nature. Within the psychological environment, teachers communicate through their attitudes, feeling of excitement, values and principles. Most students enter into the educational process expecting their learning will be cheered and assisted. The psychological environment sets the stage for the expression of ideas, opinions and attitudes, the asking of queries; and the investigation of concerns in the classroom (Livingstone and Bovill, 2013). Education is about more than academic achievement and very little about school or teacher effectiveness in accomplishing other educational objectives. Specifically, limited is known about the determinants of behavioral development, along with a positive orientation to learning, the ability to interact in a school-sanctioned way with teachers and other students, or the ability to pay attention to school rules and stay away behaviors that disobey the school standards of proper student conduct, such as battling with other students. It is possible that teachers that are effective in promoting academic growth also enhance the social and behavioral skills of the students. While there have been various definitions of classroom environment it gives a clearer view that behavior of a person reflects the environment and the person within the environment and it is connected with attainment of education objectives. A balance must be achieved between student’s developmental needs and teacher’s personal fulfillment. The four indicators in classroom environment greatly affect child’s academic progress. It is on the study that well-ordered environment do influence behavior in positive ways because it encourages social and emotional needs of the students. Classroom climate is the classroom environment, the social environment, the emotional and the physical environment of the classroom. Psychological environment is the most challenging and one-sided in nature it is the expression of ideas, attitudes, opinions, questions and issues in the classroom. It also reflects teacher’s interest in student’s enthusiasm for subject and for teaching. Students must not only feel safe in the classroom physically as well as emotionally also and they must feel the level of security in all perspectives. Thus, teachers who are effective in promoting academic growth improve the social and behavioral skills of the students since teacher’s behavior is one of the first sets of characteristics to look for in an effective teacher.
