I chose the field of Therapy and narrowed it down to Child Psychologist. As a Child Psychologist, I work with children to help them get through mental health challenges. I utilize things such as talk therapy to help kids get through not only social-emotional challenges such as issues at school or anxiety, but also problems like sleep or eating disorders. I know how kids' minds and actions work, so I can connect and help them through their lives. I work with every age group of kids, from infants to adolescents. These treatments for each age are different, from treatments for infants talking more with parents to treatments for adolescents talking with them and working out the problem.
