How do we communicate it to our stakeholders?

Executive Summary
Situation
In late 2015, at the request of the Harmony Public Schools (HPS), Harmony School of Fine Arts and Technology (HSART) began work on external focus groups to assess the perception of Harmony Public Schools within the community. In September 2015, HSART conducted the focus groups.
With this, a new Public Relations Director was hired to help address the challenges of maintaining public confidence, communicating effectively with all segments of the community, and to increase awareness of the HPS.
Focus
The Public Relations and Communications Plan will concentrate on issues-related activities. The plan will build trust within the district and make lines of communication all through the district. The plan will internalize a consistent and orthodox message concentrated on student accomplishment. Consistency creates culture.
Audiences
Interior audiences include students, teachers, staff, administration and Board of Education. External audiences include parents, businesses and other members of the HPS community.
Budget
Budget plan dollars will be apportioned to accomplish the wished results of building trust, conviction, and backing for the
