Globalization--no one exactly knows when it started, maybe when the cavemen came out to the vast world and started searching for different survival tactics or the invention of printing press; the industrial revolution; the telegraph line across Europe , America and Asia ; the World Wars, the disruption of USSR; the internet or social media—It’s difficult to determine. The term was widely used in 80s but in the early 2Ist century the IMF specified it to capital and investment along with the movement of people, trade and transaction and communication around the globe. But the question still lingers that what is globalization. After the industrial revolution in 19th century humans were allowed to standardize the production of household items using economies of scale while rapid population growth creates”. It’s a kind of sudden increase in the exchange of knowledge, trade and capital around the world driven by technological advancement from the internet to shipping containers around the globe d sustained demand for commodities thus giving rise to a global phenomenon called imperialism which was in fact a kind of globalization after which came the World Wars and ended with finding new routes of socioeconomics and political uplifting of humans. Soon afterwards, in 1956, shipping containers were invented which boosted the economy to the core and started benefiting peripheries at the same time by globalizing trade and commerce along with the socio and political circumstances throughout.
