Religion is a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs . In international relations, religion is a main aspect which is substantively sensitive. As a sensitive aspect in international relations, religion itself has a huge effect as an important role for groups. Some groups of people assume that religion occurs in the place where the religion belongs to do spiritual activities. The result will become the radical movement of religion. We may see to some conflicts which had happened so far. We can take case from one of famous religion conflict which was happening in Myanmar which also famous as Burma. In Myanmar, Buddha is the majority religion which has a big role in every aspect include in government system. Myanmar is a country with a degree of ethnic diversity high as many as 135 ethnic inhabit this region. However, Rohingya ethnic Bengalis are not recognized by the military government as a citizen so they often experience discrimination. Military junta Policy that being repressive and anarchists against Rohingya began to look as real since Naga Min operation in 1978. Ne Win launched Operation King Dragon is a large -scale military operation in Arakan, this operation is intended to eradicate the Mujahideen groups accused of separatist efforts in the northern region of Arakan. Rohingyas are many who suffered torture, arbitrary arrests, and mass murder . they are accused of affiliated with the Mujahedeen rebels who want to establish a state Islam in the area Mayu , northern Rakhine borders with Bangladesh . many especially ethnic Bengali Rohingyas fled to Bangladesh to shelter from the military operations .
