On the conference of Time manager given at the University of Virginia on Tuesday November 27th , 2007 at Old Cabell Hall Auditorium by Randy Paush he stard to talk about the pancreatic cancer that was suferend for a year and a half ago. The doctors give it to him only 3 to 6 months of a good health, his family is priority but time is the most important for him. He is going to talks about time, set goals, organization of the papers, how to avoid wasting time, how deal with a boss or advisor, how delegate to people spscific jobs and how deal with the stress and procrastination.

He stard to explain how important is the time specialy on the conditions he is at that moment. He was sufering of rly help to be success in the career and life. His second poits is set goals. He said to the audience that is importat asking question for example, why I am doing?, what happen if I don’t do it?. These questions are going to help for set the goals. He said is better focus on doing the rigth thinks that focus on doing things rigth. Doing the rigth thinks are good because give a expericience and that is something that anyone can stole and can't be fake. He said for set goals is necessary dream and follow them. The planing process is the most important set what is most important and what is less important , he explain that is better do the hard thing first and them the others. Thid point is organization of papers. He support this oint explaning that is important keep the desk claen, use file for storage the papers in case is necessary search for one specific document will be easy to found it. And recommend don’t be on the phone for long time of periods. Also, he recommend had a set of hand sets when is necessary use a cell phone. He keeping on the office a thank you notes, he express that is very importat said thank to and apreciet there jobs, He has paper recicle bin and phone book, note pad and box of tissues. The next point is avoid wasting time, use a schedule is very helpful to organize every hour during the day and prevent loose time. He said is importat reconaice what time during the day the person is more productive. He recommend avoid interruptions such as phone calls and emails. He express that monitoring the time is the best option for understand how the person can manage the time. He explain what is a time journals. He supoort these steps explaining if the person use a rigth schedlu they can enjoy more time with the family. The follow point is procrastination, he said leave the thinks for last minuets is so expensive because is not garntee the person is going to do it before the deadline, is better finish the job days before the deadline and that prevent felling stressed.
