The residential real estate industry is changing for the better, thanks to new and more innovative selling strategies. One of the people at the helm of the revolution is entrepreneur and law professor Greg Hague of Scottsdale, Arizona. According to Josh Steimle of Forbes Magazine, Hague has successfully built a number of real estate firms, which have shaken the way the residential real estate industry is run. Hague observes that the basic and inefficient process of selling a home “Hope strategy” has been the same in the last 75 years. This inefficiency is costing home sellers between 3 to 8% reduction in the sales.

Hague describes the hope process as one where the agent erects a for sale sign in the yard, placing the home in a MLS listing, running few ads and holding one houses so as to attract buyers. Hague’s hopes to use his genius to turn things around through his latest venture, a real estate coaching company called the Real Estate Mavericks. Hague has come up with a 29-Day Fast Sale Plan and a 22-Step Home Launch Formula that is set to change things. The aim of the programs is to create excitement, demand and then sell the home through perfect timing.
