Declaration

Abstract
This paper confirms the reflection on the day I enroll BASA course at University Of Cape Town. I will articulate my experiences through theoretical lenses to try and make sense to the reader of this paper. Although reflection can be seen as linking a current experience to what was learn previously but it also serve as a learning curve to all the mistake on the previous experience.
Reflection involves linking a current experience to previous learnings (a process called scaffolding). Reflection also involves drawing forth cognitive and emotional information from several sources: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile. To reflect, we must act upon and process the information, synthesizing and evaluating the data. In the end, reflecting also means applying what we 've learned to contexts beyond the original situations in which we learned something.

Introduction
Reflective practice is a way of studying your own experiences to improve the way you work. It has seen as the great way to improve one’s confidence. Reflective determine one thing as already mentioned that it improves the way of thing and also assist one to know whether the is growth or any learning curve in the experience.
