Assessment on Jung Typology Test

After completing the Jung Typology test I learned significant points that I agree and disagree. I was impressed with my result. Learning about communication style and learning style preferences will aid me as an adult learner.
From doing the Jung Typology test I found out I am an ESTJ. People that belong in ESTJ category are considered leaders. The most significant point that I learned about myself is I can do occupations that include teaching, coaching, banking, political office, and management at all levels. I was very fascinated to read that on the assessment because I would enjoy doing any type of management jobs. It made me realize I have a lot of opportunities. I do build materials from a logical framework. Visual and active learning improves my learning. In order to prepare myself, I can look at videos, images, or flashcards. By learning visually I can apply what I learned in a straightforward task. To be more organized I can keep a folder that contains materials according to the date. When it comes to communication style ESTJ is known to be open but demanding. If I can get my employees to cooperate and work well with each other then I don’t need to be demanding. Also, I would expect my staffs to finish assignments on time in a proper manner so they would need to prepare themselves from earlier. I am open/direct and I often don’t pay attention to people’s feelings. This is something I need to improve on by watching what I say. When it comes to business communication ESTJ is often active and frequent. During business communication, there is an exchange of opinions, management issues, and solutions. I can easily solve problems since I’m good at problem solving I can make a great decision by narrowing down pros and cons.
To conclude, I learned a lot about myself from taking the Jung Typology test. It made me realize I truly belong in ESTJ category even though there were some parts I agreed and disagreed with. In the near future learning about communication style and learning style preferences will help me as an adult
