The impact these reforms had in Prussia, Russia, and Austria was that reforms were made based on Enlightenment ideas but they were not fully followed through with completely positive actions.
Additionally, the reforms that were implemented in Prussia by Fredrick the Great included religious tolerance, enhanced education, elimination of torture on performed on prisoners, and free speech. Prussia was also the very first country to decide to begin public education that began with elementary school ages. According to the reading, “However, Frederick did not free the serfs of Prussia; instead he extended the privileges of the nobility over them” (Wiesner-Hanks et al., 2021, p. 575).
