The person I decided to interview was my father. The conversation was who Jesus was to him, but many questions branched off of this root question. We have a very strong relationship and I have heard his beliefs about Jesus and religion many times, but this conversation was a little bit different, and was one of the most interesting conversations I have ever been a part of. The first questions I asked was who is Jesus to you. He said that Jesus is the Son of God and his savior. He lived a perfect life on earth and created an example for us. This answer was very interesting to me because he said that he does not know if the other religions are talking about the same God. They are all so tightly related that they may be the same God. He believe the Christian God because he believes the Bible is true and the Bible says that Jesus is God. Jesus said that you cannot get to God except through me, and he is either a crazy, a liar, or he is telling the truth. The interesting part about this answer was that he changed his mind about Hell. He said that he believes that Hell does exist right now and people who do not believe in Jesus go to Hell. He does not believe that this is the final destination because when Jesus died, he went to Hell and came back. This means that people have another shot. Hell is a place for people who did not know Jesus or do not believe him, but he will come and talk to you. Jesus talks about going to paradise when he is on the cross. He then talked about how people may go to either Paradise or Hell and at the end, Hell goes into the lake of fire and Paradise goes to the earth. The fact that he changed his believe about Hell during this interview speaks to the fact that we both grew in our faith just in this hour of
