PROJECT BACKGROUND
Everybody loves pizza. Aside from burgers, fried chicken, ramyun, pizza is one of the most famous dishes in the world. Despite many people consider pizza one of the food to avoid on their healthy program. Yet, pizza is still favorite of groups. Maybe because it is a cheap meal, can be a weekly treat, a quick lunch, or even breakfast and could be for dinner as well. Similarly, in the Philippines, it pleases the Filipino palate and at the same time, it is something that is good for sharing with families or friends which are part of the Filipino psyche.

The word pizza is believed to be from an Old Italian word meaning "a point," which in turn became the Italian word "pizzicare," which means "to pinch" or "pluck."
