How bad is ocean pollution really? Ocean pollution kills sea life but also marine mammals. The biggest problem in ocean pollution is plastic, there are many other chemicals included. Ocean pollution can also be extremely bad for humans. Ocean life is very precious and pollution is taking it's toll on the marine life, it is killing them, the biggest source is land-based, and it is affecting marine mammals.
Pollution in the ocean is causing a high death rate.
