How can thinking through your decisions and running into everything that you want can make you have a better outcome in things? Romeo was responsible for Mercutio and Tybalt’s death. A death of a person should have the accusations of the perpetrator come to full responsibility. The opinion that will be given is that Romeo is the one who is fully responsible for the death of his friend Mercutio and enemy Tybalt.

Romeo could have answered Tybalt’s letter when it was first sent to him. Not avoiding responsibility and what people tell you is important when at the beginning Benvolio and Mercutio see Romeo and he runs past them. When Romeo was coming back from being with …show more content…

ROMEO Meaning, to curtsy. (Shakespeare 2.4. 48-56) This in the end led Mercutio having to fight and Romeo coming in the middle of it and trying to stop Tybalt by going in between them but that gave Tybalt the upper hand to stab and kill Mercutio. Romeo would have thought of his actions but he avoids it and prioritizes things that he wants but doesn’t need. TYBALT
Boy, this shall not excuse the injuries

That thou hast done me; therefore turn and draw. (Shakespeare 3.1. 57-64)

He tries to act calm and lay the problem out like it’s nothing but with the remarks that were made it made Mercutio have to join in the fight. Romeo probably cared more for his own safety than to speak up. You can say that Romeo probably didn’t want to escalate the situation and try to keep himself shut after the remark that he made. But that made the situation worse because Tybalt thought that Romeo's silence was disrespectful and wanted to fight him himself.

Even through tough situations you need to think clearly because heading in head first can't end like Romeo being responsible for Tybalt’s and Mercutio’s death. Having full thought on things can always be a better idea than rushing through things.

Many embarrassing things can happen when not thinking things through or end in having to work tirelessly without thinking in the future.
