Professional targets:
• I want to make a restaurant which has totally different cousin and totally different style of service.
• I want to make myself ready for any professional challenge that I face in my professional life.
• I want to see myself at the top seat in this hotel field.
• I want open a restaurant under water and which should have the capacity up to 2000 people.
• I want to create an environment in my restaurant I am currently working the environment which is luxurious.
• I want to open a themed restaurant because it is admired too much now days.
• As of now my target is to achieve the higher level of skills from my seniors and from the champs of this field.
• The most important thing I want to do in my professional carrier is that I want to do opening of a restaurant by myself I never get that chance I want to get this chance for once for better experience.

When I started I did only know one thing how to eat but now I know how to attract someone to eat from you and pay money for that.
I personally think I am not 100% but I have learnt how to be 100% and what are the and that’s of this field how to play with the customer how to turn the NO of the customer into yes. How to make new customer and how to make such deals which attracts people how to offer discounts and on what costing and how to make ingredient’s cost.
How to make and run a cost effective system in which the company gets profit and how to implement and when to implement such rules and tricks which are required in this field of hotel management.
It is quite a big and courageous experience for me and I am so satisfied with selection of mine looking forward for betterment.
