There are many phenomenon in NYC that have many restrictions on certain public spaces that are meant to be for the people. The Hempstead Lake State Park is a good example because this park that is a multi-use facility. It includes 20 tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, basketball courts, bridle trails for horseback riding, biking, and hiking trails and so much more. It is an open space that looks very private and it seems like it is only open to the local residents. There are some rates and fees to enter the park and also to use their courts, equipment and they also have a membership.
