The current grade 11 University English course at St.Elizabeth Catholic High School study four books in the process of the whole semester. Obviously, the English Department has contemplated greatly over the nomination of these four books to educate your students. Although the education of these books is astonishing, I would like to introduce to you a book titled Next Year For Sure by Zoey Leigh Peterson. I believe this book would exceed your expectations, and allow the department to replace one of the four books. The book explains both the suffering and struggles of a polygamy relationship. This would relate perfectly to the ENG 3U course themes as it invites the readers to see the struggles of each main characters relationships. The books allow the reader to grow with the character when they are going through hard times. During the book Chris tells Kathryn about his crush on Emily. Throughout the process of the book we see how people treat Chris and Kathryn for having another person in the relationship. Her novel lets the reader understand that there is so much more to a polygamy relationship than what society makes it seem. It shows the judgement that occurs throughout the book Next Year For Sure, which relates to the course for the characters in the books are faced with judgement. For example, the couple in Next year For Sure can perfectly relate to Cristina from Lives Of The Saints due to all the judgement she faces. Next Year For Sure allows the reader to examine what the struggles are when they decide to open up the relationship to polygamy. Zoey makes it clear what both Chris and Kathryn need from each other. It takes the reader through the shifts of narrators to understand each point of view and how the characters feel during the whole novel. The heart of the book consists of the incredible understanding of what allows people to be attract to one another. It allows the reader to understand what draws people together with a complete insight on the human relationship and its needs to grow. This relates to ENG 3U course for the books showing the emotion of love in the relationships that carry out throughout the book.
