The “speech at the national prayer breakfast” was spoke by ben carson talks about the sensitivity of the world and how the people don't take words how they should.Carson is a very good public speaker and the way he use his words work because he bring good arguments to the table.When Carson was talking in this speech he uses figurative language,rhetorical questions and,rhetorical devices etc. This works great and he uses great diction in his speech his words means a lot.While he is a great speaker he was still using quote from somewhere else because the quote don’t matter as much as how he says it and where the quotes come from,People don’t care the meaning they care where the meaning is from that is a small part of this writing.
