History and Purpose
Ridgetop as an entity was established way back in 2003 in the United States of America , with a persistent vision to deliver the same standards of dental care available in the US .They crafted an Indian operations in December 2012 with Bangalore as the first hub and flagship centre. Today both are separate entities , however the goal is going forward to merge into a single entity and emerge as a global player in the Dental Health care segment.

Once a client visits their center , Ridgetop provides end to end dental services as well as houses necessary infrastructure and technology required for complete diagnosis , which provides them with an edge over their competitors. Group practice is a unique concept in dentistry which is common abroad but not so much in India. It emphasizes on providing a client with a complete treatment plan of any dental concerns identified coupled with expert opinions from all eight specialities in dentistry . This way a client is able to receive a well rounded approach to their treatments and they are made more aware of what needs to be addressed on priority through a phased out plan. Overall , they advocate a holistic approach to dental care which is what sets them apart from others .Amongst that , they are one of the top premium providers of advanced dental services such as implants and cosmetic .
Their target segment is focussed toward the discerning and niche clientele and with Ridgetop and it is their belief that a search for good dental care ends here.

 Strengths
Their core strengths lie in simple yet differentiating fundamentals of comprehensive approach toward treatments , group practice , doctors on permanent pay roll ,no consulting mode and persistent build on customer experience through quality services .

Lack of awareness regarding dental health in the indian market
Poor acceptance of treatments due to low awareness coupled with people choosing a reactive as to proactive
