Ridley Pearson has written a lot of books for children and young adults. He writes suspense / crime books which include Cut and Run, Parallel Lines, and Hard Fall. He also writes Middle School Adventure novels which include The Initiation, Peter and the Shadow Thieves, and Science Fair. When he isn’t writing, he plays bass guitar in a rock band and spends time with his wife and his two daughters, Paige and Storey. His hobbies include live theater, sports, movies, climbing 200 foot trees, and snowboarding. Yeah, weird hobbies for an author.
His biggest accomplishment is writing 50 novels. He has written 9 series which include the Kingdom Keeper series, The Return series, Risk Agent, and Walt Fleming. Ridley Pearson has gotten a lot of clearance to cast member only areas in Disneyworld and Disneyland. In the Kingdom Keepers series, he talks about the tunnels under the parks. Not only that they are there, but what rooms, ladders, and entrances there are. The characters also go into a special effects room near the Haunted Mansion in the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida. One more Easter egg in the Magic Kingdom is a staircase near the Pirates of the Caribbean. Apparently, it leads down to a chamber which can be used as a dungeon, jail, or (as it is used in the book) a place to fight the villains Walt Disney created.
