Every time we face problems we tend to come out with easiest and simple solutions to fix them; however, sometimes these solutions create bigger problems and they are harder to solve. For instance, Robert Strange McNamara was concerned with the deaths and injuries from car accidents. The easiest and simple solution that he came up to avoid car accidents was the invention of seat belts.
