C: Mrs. Mack (MHS) reported Jaheim Brown display physical and verbal aggression. A: At 9:58 PM Ms. Smalls (on call case coordinator) was notified by Mrs. Mack that Jaheim started throwing things around the home, refusing to comply with requests and refuse to communicate with Mrs. Mack.
