Everyone who is living or who is among the dead once had traits, similarities to others around them, common to the ones we have today. Everyone has their rules their opinions, codes you might say. Codes people follow to keep them sharp as a needle.
Codes like the knights used in the older days to keep them straight so they wouldn't have temptations or wrong decisions, these codes are what we use today to respect our elders, parents, or classmates, or those also who are in authority. The code of Chivalry is the hidden secret we still use today. Speaking your mind when you know something is not right or if something is out of the order. When the knights go fight the kings battles or defends the king an his kingdom it takes guts to do what they did. In todays society people join the Army, Marines what have you because they want to help our country and even during the difficult times you have to be brave and pull through. Male, female doesn't matter what you are, if you want to show someone you are well mannered and come off as a good person, than you need to show respect. Just as the knights did with their kings, and their women and children. In todays world people show a lot of gratitude to those that say yes ma’am or yes sir, people hear or see that and they know you were raised the right way. It also gives you a good reputation with other and recommendations for your teachers and administrators.
