In the book Endangered by Eliot Schrefer, Sophie, a brave and determined character, meets Otto, a bonobo, for the first time and saves Otto from the bonobo trafficker on the street. Sophie cares for Otto a lot and when conflict springs out of control in Congo, another arises deep in the sanctuary when soldiers invade the area. Sophie goes on an adventure and she manages to rescue the bonobos from the soldiers and they begin their way to safety. This heroic action should be rewarded and Sophie should belong in the hall of fame. On the other hand, In the play Romeo and Juliet, Friar Lawrence belongs in the hall of shame.
In Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, the idea of Lord Capulet betraying his dynasty, such as his nephew, leads to atrocious consequences. Firstly, having the lust for fame and power can prevail many issues. When Lord Capulet denies Tybalt’s request to slay and end Romeo’s life (Shakespeare, 1.5.55), Romeo is able to enter the party, and is instantly awed by Juliet’s beauty, forgetting about his past love, Rosaline, saying to himself: “Did my heart love till now? … For I ne’er saw true beauty till this night” (1.5.52-53).

Capulet did not listen to Tybalt when he warned him about Romeo being at the party. Tybalt warns him and says “This, by his voice, should be a Montague...” (Act 1, Scene 5, Line 52) Capulet replies by saying “Why, how now, kinsman? Wherefore storm you so?”

The prologue explains that the Capulets and Montagues have been feuding for years, (Quote). It may seem like it’s not their fault because they are just continuing what their ancestors did, but they should have been smart enough to know that their fighting would hurt people. The Prince in scene 1 knows this, and he calls Lord Capulet out on it, (Quote). Instead of getting on his house he continues their feud and lets Tybalt fan the fire. Furthermore, when Romeo kills Tybalt, Lady Capulet has such a need for bloodlust she is the reason Romeo was banished (Quote).
Though the Montagues try to make peace to cause no harm to the people around them and cause trouble Tybalt decides to say he hates peace and starts a fight. This shows how emotional Tybalt is and how he gets angry very easily, because the Montagues were not even trying to start any problems and Tybalt made the fight. Another example how angry and emotional Tybalt can get is when he tries to fight Romeo at the ball and quotes “ It Fits when such a villain is a guest, i’ll not endure him.” This shows that Tybalt’s anger overwhelms him very easily and automatically when he sees something he doesn’t like, because in the situation he was in Romeo was trying to have fun and not doing anything wrong Tybalt still tries to fight him because he’s a montague, even after Lord Capulet says himself to “leave Romeo alone and worry not of
