Romeo and Juliet dead. Why? Romeo and Juliet could not overcome their challenges so what's the best thing to do? Well to them it was death. Many people overcome challenges in many ways. In the book Divergent and in the play Romeo and Juliet. They show how 4 completely different people decide on how they’re going to overcome their challenges. Even though Romeo and Juliet have people they rely on and trust to help them overcome their challenges, they still end up killing themselves. On the other hand, Tris and Tobias do overcome their challenges because of the people they trust and rely on. Romeo and Juliet work so hard to get what they want, to overcome their challenges. It just does not work out for them. They had people they can rely on and trust like Friar Laurence and the nurse. There are similar in that they both have people they trust and rely on. They go to them when they need help the most. Yet, for Romeo and Juliet the people that they trusted weren’t that helpful. For instance, in the play the nurse later on tells Juliet that she should forget about Romeo and just marry Paris. Or in the beginning of the play, when the reason the friar wanted to help them was to end the fued between the families. The people they trusted, yet made a bigger mess of things and did a lot more harm than help. Unlike Romeo and Juliet, Tobias and Tris have people they trust. And most importantly they trusted themselves and each other. Which is one big reason why they were so successful. They knew what they were doing and the risks they were taking. Again, unlike Romeo and Juliet they were careful and knew what was ahead of them. As young couples Romeo and Juliet and Tobias and Tris has shown us the importance of thinking things
