The advantageous of changing someone’s personality are that it can get socializing easier than it already is. In romeo and juliet by William Shakespeare, romeo is a static character while juliet is a dynamic character; changing one’s personality is not just a part of literature, but it is also truth of psychology. “These qualities lead to a better performance in the face of challenge such as a different school decision.” The decisions you make can depend on anybody near you which is why changing isn’t always the right way. Even sometimes people think changing is always a good thing but, not always. Trying hard in enough to succeed isn’t always going to work out the way you want it to. “Those in the malleable-intelligence group,however, significant improvement in grades and significantly greater changes in their motivation.” People sometimes need motivation even though they are doing their best they can. People that tell themselves that they have the ability to do so isn’t always enough motivation. Even when you learn something new that really doesn’t matter to you, your brain still adds it to your brain. “ Many reported picturing their neurons forming new connections as they studied and learned.” The more you learn your brain gets bigger which means it is saving all of that information. The brain sometimes throws away information that you don’t use in your daily life. If it throws away the information that you don’t use, you still have a small memory of the it.
