How could someone possibly be guilty and responsible for their wife's suicide and their own? Two naive teenagers from enemy families fall in love, but their love is forbidden. The only way they know how to get out of a situation is to commit suicide together. Romeo, the husband of Juliet in the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, can be described as rash, naive, and emotional, all of which led to the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. For example, Romeo falls madly in love with a girl he’s only known for a few hours. Romeo goes to the Capulet dinner party, meets Juliet, and is suddenly in love with her. The beguiled Juliet, and just wanted to rush into this marriage, he never thought about who Lord Capulet wanted his daughter to marry, nor did he think about the consequences Juliet would have to pay for his decisions.An example of Romeo being naive, is when Romeo is so sad at the beginning of the play when Romeo is convinced her could never love anyone after Rosaline told him he doesn't love him back. Romeo has mangled up Juliet's life with her family. Romeo just wanted to get married really quickly and he never thought of what their families would think or what prices they would have to pay. Romeo was going through heartbreak before he met Juliet, he was depressed about a girl he loved before. He also was very dramatic when he found out Juliet was dead, he never questioned why she was dead or talked to Friar.
