Romeo had returned from Mantua and saw Juliet lying down believing she was dead. He was in despair. Not only had he been banished but the love of his life, lies lifeless before him. He lied next to her in sorrow. As he lies down with his darling Juliet, he leans down to give his love one last kiss.
Romeo & Juliet Romeo got the message that Juliet has Taken a Potion to make her sleep for 42 hours and when she awakes they would waste no time and move to Montua. This passage affects the plot, because this moment secured their marriage leading into their death. Their death is one of the key moments in this play. If Romeo hadn't risked his life to get into her garden then the plan to get married would’ve never happened. Additionally, if they didn't get married, then Juliet would have been forced to marry Paris. However, this is something that Juliet didn’t want to do.
Lord Capulet also had told Tybalt that Romeo was a good person in general and not to worry about him. Tybalt listened for that time at the party, even though he really didn 't want to at all. Right after the party is when he couldn 't contain his anger. Tybalt sent a challenge letter to Romeo.
Tybalt who is similar in character to Bernardo for being hot headed, saw Romeo at the Capulet party and thought he was mocking the Capulets. Tybalt says to Capulet, “Uncle, this is a Montague, our foe, a villain that is hither come in spite to scorn at our solemnity this night. ”(Act 1, Scene 5, Line 69) Capulet responds with just let him be but Tybalt insisting he confront Romeo.
Capulet did not listen to Tybalt when he warned him about Romeo being at the party. Tybalt warns him and says “This, by his voice, should be a Montague...” (Act 1, Scene 5, Line 52) Capulet replies by saying “Why, how now, kinsman? Wherefore storm you so?”
Capulet is an honorable and admirable leader of his kingdom as he sees no reason to quarrel with Romeo at his party and his care for his daughter's happiness. Capulet seems to care for his relations because at his party for Juliet Tybalt hears Romeo speak and tells a boy to “fetch [his] rapier” (I.v.41). To this capulet had an argument with Tybalt and tells him that he is not to disturb him because Romeo is a “virtuous and well governed youth” and he explains to Tybalt that if he does endure Romeo that he will “make [him] quiet”(I.v.43). This scene showed that Capulet had no intentions to start a fight with the Montagues for no reason and he was able to admit his foes were good people. Capulet also had a desire for his daughter to be happy
The nurse(juliet 's) informs Romeo that Juliet is a Capulet and that bothered him a lot. Meanwhile Juliet was worried because Romeo was a Montague. That night Romeo climbed the garden wall into Juliet 's garden and Juliet was saying her thoughts out loud. Romeo and juliet were talking and she told him that he had to promise that he would be true to their love no matter what even if there families had issues. In doing this, he was noticed by Tybalt. Tybalt feeling discouraged, then tries to cause a seen with Romeo. However, Lord Capulet intervenes, saying that Tybalt should let Romeo be and not interfere. After a argument with Capulet, Tybalt gets angry and leaves. This scene shows how Lord Capulet is not so strict about the feud between the families.

For example, When Tybalt, a Capulet finds out that Romeo, a Montague is at the party he reacts by challenging Romeo to a duel, which results in Tybalt’s death and Romeo’s banishment. Also at the Capulet party, Romeo forgets about Rosaline and when he sees Juliet. After looking at Juliet once he falls deeply in love with her, disregarding her name of Capulet. Romeo describes this feeling of love at first sight when he says, “Oh, she doth teach the torches to burn bright!
