Many problems and issues have occurred throughout “Romeo and Juliet” by Shakespeare. Friar Lawrence has caused some of these issues that easily could of been prevented. He is supposed to be the one that gives good advice to those who need it, and instead he is the one who made Romeo and Juliet married, and the one who put Juliet to sleep for a long period of time during the marriage of Paris and Juliet. If the Friar didn’t marry Romeo and Juliet, these problems most likely wouldn’t have occured. Romeo and Juliet could of not both died so young, and so soon. If Romeo had not married Juliet, and married Rosaline instead, none of this would of happened. They both could of easily stayed alive for a much longer time.
