The movie helped me develop a stronger understanding of psychological disorders when we were taken into Romulus’ head and could see the people, moths, colors and sounds that he sees. It shows how disorders can affect a person 's attitude and behavior. The power that schizophrenia has over him affects him strongly. The movie demonstrated this by showing scenes with Romulus imagining colors, sounds, movement and hallucinations of his ex wife. Romulus is paranoid, this is a well known fact. They don’t really get into the origin of how he got that way, but I would like to know how it began.
