Many people imagine kids being surrounded by other kids and playing in the park. But it shows that taunting and teasing happens all the time. Kids get harassed, and pushed around often. “Bullying can occur during or after school hours”. While most reported bullying happens in the school building, a significant percentage also happens in places like on the playground or the bus.”(stopbullying.gov) This can be surprising considering that you would think most kids go places to have fun and play around. Family or other friends can't always have an eye on the same kid, just to keep them safe. Bullying happens more than once and can happen for a long time because kids are afraid to stand up. People Who Are Helping One person that is helping is the 15-year-old Claire who is a Jiu-Jitsu fighter. The way she got into Jiu-Jitsu was being bullied and harassed every day. She was punched and pushed around.
