I learned about my POC was that since I have converted the equation to exponential form, it made this problem a few steps easier now that the only thing that I need is to get t only; the only variable in the equation. Over the past year, the GEMS Project has worked with stakeholders across SAMHSA to conduct a comprehensive Lean Assessment of the agency’s grants processes. Currently, GEMS Group II (Policy and Procedures) and SAMHSA grants subject matter experts (SMEs) are using SAMHSA grants process workflows to conduct value stream mapping (VSM) sessions (see example in Appendix I). Group II is then analyzing the sessions’ outcomes to recommend specific procedure (P&P) and/or system-level (IMPAC II) changes before IMPAC II is implemented and legacy systems are sunset. To select the sample for this study, data will be collected from two businesses; Alabama Power and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. The surveys will include segments in which the participants were asked to give an account of their; workplace, supervisor-subordinate relationship, leadership, employee performance, and organizational performance at the workplace (Scheidt-Nave et al., 2012). The other possible data collection may come from Survey Monkey. Throughout the term in BPBE 272 there has been many important skills I have learned to help me pursue my goal in University. I have learned all key concepts of economics and also learned how to use them in my everyday life. This class has gave me tremendous help on how to look at the world in the way an economist does. You have taught us in a way that did not require us to just memorize the material but to actually take the time to learn about the information we are given. I will explain the main points I have learned in this class, what it means to have learned all of the information, How I have changed my perspective on economics, how I can apply my knowledge in the workforce and why this course was so important to me.
On April 7, 1930, Black boys were pulled off the train and was accused of raping girls in a crowded train and as pastor of first purchase Church and a major figure in this community, I felt like it was my duty to address the outcome of the trail. I noticed in the community there has been much weeping and as Christians, we must get over the bad that has been done to us. In the bible in chapter Job 17:9 says that ¨The righteous keep moving forward, stronger and those with clean hands become stronger and stronger. This verse spoke out to me because it basically says that whatever consequence happens to us despite the fact that we did not do it, we stronger and better. The clean hands represent the boys we were accused of raping even though they did not do it.
Task 1 Written Report 1. As per demonstrated by the flow chart, systems and process used by Australian Hardware are very simple a. Supply chain: the process was divided into 3 main categories. Design department would determine the designs and develop concepts of the product. Then it would go to the planning department who would determine the material needed and source requirements. This department is also responsible for projecting sales and developing production plans.
This program would help keep children in the home with love ones where they felt secure, and structured a support system around their families. The support system became a team that would meet as often or as little as needed. Our team became my family’s life preserver. Our team had planning segments of the meetings, to help me to talk with doctors, support my son in a more positive way during crises, and be a more organized and confident parent. Another aspect of our meetings were focused on frontloading (mitigation), to ease or even sometimes alleviate some of my son’s stressors.
