SWOT Analysis is very useful method in understanding the types of managing an operation. Bay’ Bithaman Ajil (BBA) house financing is able to use SWOT Analysis to provide a strategic planning that helps the operation to be successful. It also able to build an organization’s strength and identified its weaknesses. SWOT Analysis can be used by Bay’ Bithaman Ajil (BBA) house financing in order to determine the threats.

1.1 Competitive advantage of BBA concept
Bay’ Bithaman Ajil (BBA) is an Islamic house financing facility which based on Shariah concept or Riba-free concept that increase the competitive advantage (Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), 2003). The objective of the Shariah or Riba-free on BBA house financing is promote the well-being of the people, which lies in safeguarding their faith, their shelf, their intellect, their posterity and their wealth (Ismail, 2010). BBA with the shariah concept, bank and customers do not take risk of ownership and liability on the property (Razak & Mohammed, 2008). Besides that, the BBA not only offer to Muslim customers, they also offer to Non-Muslim customers and foreigners. This strategy shows that BBA has large market share and increase their competitive advantage.
