Believe it or not, the Sioux Nation still suffers from many problems. The teen suicide rate is by 150%. The Sioux Nation does not have health insurance, good education, etc. The Sioux Nation is unable to live a happy, healthy, long, life.

There are two major conflicts in Saga of The Sioux. The two conflicts are man vs society and man vs nature.
