I, Destin Mizelle, am extremely enthusiastic to provide this letter of recommendation for Alexus Durr! I am a second year psychology major with a minor in African American studies and I also have the honor of serving as a Resident Assistant in Brumby Hall at the University of Georgia. I am both honored and elated to have the opportunity to provide Alexus with a letter of recommendation for a Resident Assistant Alexus and I, share the membership relations position in a minority recruitment organization called Georgia Daze. Immediately upon finding out Alexus and I would be co-chairs for the school year, I knew that we would together help transcend the organization. Her outgoing and determined personality has made an unforgettable impression on me and the members of our organization.
This was where I first developed my multitasking skills to oversee and coordinate four clinical research studies. My strong communication and interpersonal skills enabled me to meet crucial deadlines and work efficiently with physicians, nurses, pharmaceutical sponsors, and study monitors. I strive not only to be a great employee and team player but also to serve and positively impact my community, especially the medically underserved. For more than five years, I have volunteered over 1,000 hours, and most recently, I serve through the Lestonnac Free Clinic and Access OC organization as a Spanish interpreter. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking nurse, I hope to help my community by breaking down the language barrier between patients and the healthcare team in order to ensure the accurate continuity of care.

It is with great interest that I submit this letter for the position of Surgery Scheduler/Coordinator. I was pleased to find that the description and qualifications align with my background and previous work experience. Through this position, I hope to expand my knowledge of the medical field and gain invaluable experience in preparation for medical school. Just a few months ago, I joined a founding team at Aravind Eye Hospital in Pondicherry, India to establish a series of basic screening services throughout the states of Puducherry and Tamil Nadu. We currently have a pilot running at two Vision Centers, optometric clinics that provide ease of access to basic vision services in rural villages.
Teagan Nurnberger Cover Letter DHH 350 For this unit, I wanted to explore what it was like to write lesson plans for a high school mathematics class. Algebra was one of my favorite classes in high school and I was interested in writing out lessons for that subject. I believe algebra is a very computational heavy course and I wanted to find a way to explore how to teach that and convey the rules in an engaging way.
I’m applying to Northern Arizona University to further develop myself as an ecologist. My passion for wildlife, especially herpetofauna has been in development since my youth. This passion has later transitioned towards a vision to conserve natural resources for future generations to enjoy. I believe that I have an amazing ability to find cryptic herpetofauna in diverse environments, and enjoy physically demanding fieldwork. When searching for rare individuals, I am motivated by the increased difficulty of the search.
P.H. program at Loma Linda University, will enhance my leadership skills and become proficient on health policies. It is evident that the nation’s health is greatly influenced by health policies and this program will improve my decision making skills. Moreover, the institution values such as integrity, justice, and humility convinced me that this program shares the same values that I was raised with. Compared to other institutions, I’ve never attended a campus that was faith based and Loma Linda offers me the opportunity to mold me into a leader that implements its value to professional practice. If I am accepted in your program I hope to conduct research that focus on mental illness among youth.

Most leaders within our agency were either counselors at some point or they have Rehabilitation Counseling degrees. I believe in being knowledgeable in all aspects of our operations, especially in the broadest service provided by our agency, rehab counseling. This program is the first step in securing a future within the agency. While I love my current role, I look forward to continuing with the progress that I have made within the agency. I look to gain knowledge and first-hand experience of being a counselor so that I can apply what I learn to agency programs.
Dear the National Honor Society selection committee, Thank you for the great honor of being invited to apply for membership to such a well-respected and incredible organization. I am very excited about this opportunity as it presents an optimal way in which to further my passion of expanding my mind and bettering my community. Since I entered high school, I have pursued this by taking all honors classes and any Advanced Placement classes offered to me each year. Although sometimes I was not always entirely sure what to expect walking into each class, and of course there have been classes I like more than others, there is no class I regret taking because each and every one has opened my mind up to a new way of thinking.
