Cindy was the one who made the 911 call on July 19th reporting that Caylee had been missing for a month(Liston, Barbara). She also reported that Casey’s car smelled like a dead body and that Casey had given multiple reasons for where Caylee was before she admitted that it had been weeks since she last saw Caylee. Lying would prove to be a common trend with Casey Anthony. Casey was obviously the primary suspect, and in October she was charged with first
Casey Anthony age thirty-one is found not guilty for killing her two year old daughter. Casey Anthony should have been found guilty because of these three reasons: Anthony’s mother Cindy was the one to call the cops when Caylee went missing instead of Casey, the cops found chloroform on Caylee’s body and in her trunk, and it is known that Casey didn’t want her daughter to begin with. There is enough substantial evidence to prove that Casey Anthony is guilty for the murder of her daughter. Caylee Anthony was born on August 9, 2005 and reported missing on July 15, 2008. Casey told several falsehoods to detectives including that Caylee had been kidnapped by a nanny on June 9th, and that she had been too frightened to alert the authorities.
Brendan C Lindsay author of Murder State writes about the early stage of California the violence that occurred, genocide of native people in the time era of 1846 to 1873. There are two claims that Lindsay makes in the book about the violence towards the native people and the genocide created by democracy of the Euro Americans. He demonstrates these two arguments by first the Euro Americans coming into the native people’s territory and taking it away from them and also the democracy that killed all the innocent native Indians. In Lindsay’s book Murder state there are three sections to the book “Imaging Genocide”, “Perpetuating Genocide” and “Supporting Genocide”.

Casey Anthony Murder Trial: The final verdict Clutching the hand of her defense attorney, Jose Baez, Casey Anthony began to sob as the verdict was read. Not guilty. The jury declined to convict her either of first degree murder or manslaughter. Casey Anthony was the mother of two year old Caylee Anthony.
According to the article, the police officer who interviewed Casey, "noted the unemotional nature of Casey's behavior towards the loss of her child and claimed that she did not give any indication that she was legitimately worried about her child's safety" (Melich, 2008). In October 2008, Casey was found guilty as a first-degree murder.
On May 25, 2010 Casey Anthony 's lawyer states to the court and jury that Caylee was unintentionally drowned in the swimming pool of their home , and that Casey and her father had cover it up. The prosecution presented that Casey Anthony did research on chloroform at her home computer but her mother Cindy Anthony 's asserted that it was her that made the searches that implicated her daughter but the records showed that Cindy Anthony was at work when these searches were done. On July 5, the jury found Casey not guilty of first degree murder but she was found guilty on four misdemeanors because she provided false material to a law enforcement officers.
Her defense stated that her kid drowned, her father knew and was covering it up, and that her father had been touching her since she was a child. Casey was all over the place and it was clear as day that she responsible for the death of her child. With all the evidence the prosecution had to go off they in my mind didn’t have enough evidence to support their claims. In this case the police report wasn’t bad or not well written it was just that Casey’s telling to the police were lies. Each side present their cases and evidence and in the end it came to the jury to make the final decision.
Not calling 911 and hiding the body was morally and criminally wrong. The lack of remorse bothered me as an utter disregard for her dead daughter and selfishness unparalleled. I believe that the prosecution’s putting the death

Reading an article, it was stated that when Casey found out she was pregnant, she hid her pregnancy from her parents until she begins show. A friend of her mentioned after the birth of Caylee she would give her up for adoption. Hearing these accusations can sum up the reason for Caylee's death. During the trial Casey had various of stories as to what happened to her child, but none of them made any sense and were false. People couldn’t understand if her child was missing, Casey should've called the police and filed a report and try to look for her instead of waiting for thirty
The Felony Murder Rule Haley Roemmich Peru State College The Felony Murder Rule INTRODUCTION The felony murder doctrine is the legal principle which provides that any death that occurs during the commission of a felony or attempted felony can be legally treated as a murder. This doctrine holds true regardless of whether there was intent to kill. The felony murder doctrine represents one the few instances in criminal law where the element of intent is waived (Garoupa & Klick, 2006).
In the case of Mary Barnett, I agree with the courts decision to find her guilty of second degree murder and manslaughter. This is largely based on my analysis of the witnesses presented during the trial and the demeanor and actions of the defendant. Having an associates degree in psychology helped me formulate decisions about the role of each character and what part they were to play during the course of the trial. I utilized the teaching from the text book as well as the concepts from my social psychology class which required me to people watch and analyze the surroundings, body language, and actions of others.
