What I love most about this book is that it gives credit to those fearless black women such as Rosa Parks, who basically organized the entire civil war movement. She did all this for what? I believe in the book Monster by Walter Dean Myers while in jail and going through court sessions there is a lot of racism that the character Steve faces even while innocent unless proven guilty. Bob Ewell is the person I chose to do my essay on because he is racist and abusive to his family. In the book he accuses Tom Robinson of rapping his daughter when he clearly didn’t. Also he doesn't respect atticus because he was appointed to defend Tom, saying “What kind of man are you?” (Lee).
