I’ll go on with the same section, which is the Section5 of the Article I..; “Each House shall keep a Journal of its Proceedings, and from time to time publish the same…”. Now as told earlier, I take the word the “house” at this sentence as a regular house. Which means here the Constitution talks about my house, your house, our houses. And the Constitution’s message is clear; writing down what’s happening. Keeping record in a literal way. Now if every house in the within the State, within the borders of the State did what’s told at this sentence, then the rapid rise at the ideas would cause fastening at the developmental progress for the humanity. This sentence personally affected me a lot because this is what I try to do. I see, feel the Habitat as my House and try to write down what I feel in/on/around here. I feel that it’s my natural obligation and duty. And I feel and see that the Constitution of the USA also tells this.
