1. The central question in the Rosiek book is about influence, which have a racial segregation on public schools, what it means for students of a single school district and what consequences has the segregation. The main idea of this book is to show that racial balance couldn`t appear by its own, it can be received only in case of existence of a link between the constitutional violation and an imbalance, which can be defended only by people`s understanding of the problem and actions toward it solving. This has been shown on the example of Riverton schools where negative results of racial segregation in schools are incredibly high. In this book author is examining the new aspects of the racial segregation, from the psychological and sociological point of view and how it influences on students from different communities with different races. The sub-issue is the explosion of these actions as a hidden curriculum, which has a huge influence on the students social hopes, formation of the identity and theories about citizenship.
