The personality test has been integral part in shaping my workplace behavior and interactions with others. According to Self-Assessment Library, “conscientiousness is someone who is responsible, dependable, persistent, and achievement oriented. High scores indicate that you pursue fewer goals in a purposeful way” (Self-Assessment Library 1.1, 2008). As I review the results in part one, the results support my goal-oriented trait.
