Deputy Mosley stated that his neighbor, David Hillard stated that he was outside playing with his kids when he tripped over what he thought was a tree root. Deputy Mosley stated that his neighbor then observed what looked to be a military round dating back to the civil war. The biggest reason why he was changed is the responsibility in the school and the family.
From the lesson of training, I also realized the weight that officers hold when it comes to building trust, motivating, and pushing their soldiers. They are going to expect the utmost level of skill as well as professionalism that you must provide as an officer. In return, it is your right to expect the same level of excellence from your soldiers, being there to push them above the standard and holding them to being experts and professionals. This is a trait that no matter how skilled you or your soldiers may be, there will always be room for constant improvement and
I chose to write about the San Antonio sexual scandal committed by Staff Sergeant Luis Walker in 2011. I decided to write about this one because this one stood out to me the most, it hit and connected some emotions of mine and my opinion on this particular case is very strong. Staff Sgt. Walker sexually assaulted Ms. Messick in 2011 in training, but she did not report it until later after she left the air force because she was scared of what would happen to her if she reported it sooner. Once she notified the proper people at Lackland air force there were nine other females that came forward about their cases also.

Lyssa Danehy De Hart once said “Every moment offers us choices. Choose wisely because the choices you make, make you “. This quote is true in the case of officer Slabinski who made a wrong choice which made him comes across as negligent and a coward in the eyes of others. Till this day officer Slabinski regrets what he has done but still feels that there was nothing he could do in the place he was in.

Command Expectations of a Military Intelligence Sergeant First Class Being promoted in the United States military to the rank of Sergeant First Class is the first step that a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) takes into the senior enlisted ranks. With this promotion comes a new set of responsibilities from a command’s perspective. Until this point in the career of an NCO, their respective focus has been to a team or squad. The expectations of a junior or mid-level NCO to their team or squad are often basic accountability, personnel task management, and dissemination of information. Taking the next step from Staff Sergeant into the realm of Senior NCO as a Sergeant First Class means more direct involvement with the command team of a unit and additional

So he ignored the safety standard that was set by the Army in order to prevent falls from slippery surfaces. Not only did he ignore the standard, but so did his supervisor, by not correcting the soldier preforming the unsafe act. The third and final factor would be inappropriate activities.
