I believe out of the seven evidence based decision making implementation principles, there are two that are consistent with the idea of recognizing failure to promote innovation. “ Treat your organization as an unfinished prototype” is the first evidence, we shouldn’t be afraid to accept new ideas or concepts in our company. Employees should feel comfortable thinking outside the box and coming to us with any idea, no matter how silly they may seem.
