This was by far the scariest thing that Jackson had ever experienced. He knew that he should have listened to his parents when they told him he wasn’t allowed to go to the park that night. He should have stayed in bed, but he just wanted to hang out with the older kids so they wouldn’t think he was a chicken. He didn’t think much of the police officers warnings about the murders that had taken place in his town, but now he knew that he was in danger and so was his best friend, Michael. He had to do something, and he had to do it fast. Jackson and Michael snuck out of their houses and met under the light on their street. They headed to the park just like any other Friday night. When Michael turned to look there was nobody behind them. He gave Jackson a little push and laughed about them being scared. Just then the person that was once behind them stepped out in front of them. The boys gave a loud shriek and turned to run, but as soon as they did there was another person dressed the same way standing there. They were trapped. The boys stood there shoulder to shoulder, feeling each other tremble. Jackson was wishing that he would have just listened and stayed home. Right then, Michael went to run. He was soon stopped by the two mysterious people. While their attention was on Michael, Jackson took off. He knew he couldn’t leave Michael, so he turned and went back. He seen them dragging Michael to a car, and he seemed to be unconscious. Right then Jackson began to panic. He should go for help, but he didn’t want to leave Michael. As the car started to pull away, Jackson started to run after it. The car didn’t go very far before it came to a stop at an old, run down cemetery. By the time Jackson got close enough to see the car the people were getting out. He almost fell dead when he seen who it was. They were two boys from the group they hang out with. Right then, Jackson turned around and fled home. He knew there wasn’t much time before something bad happened to his friend, so he went straight to the phone and dialed the police. He awoke his
