Homeschool is process whereby parents choose to teach their children at home rather than send their children to school. It has become more and more popular that has the rate of 7 to 15 percent increasing every year. In the United State alone have an estimated number of homeschool children of approximately 2 million people. It appears that homeschooling is continuing to grow all around the world for examples, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. There are many reasons that make parents decide to homeschool their children. Moreover, their children are very vulnerable to illegal drug and alcohol as well. Secondly, most homeschool parents say that homeschooling can bring their family tie closer. When they spend time teaching their children or accompany their children doing their works, it can foster the love relationship among family member. Last but not least, those parents who choose to homeschool their children are simply dissatisfied with qualities of the educational system. However, when homeschool their children, parents have to face many role conflicts and role stains as well. To some extent, there are some inevitable difficulties, which most of parents are likely to encounter are teaching strategies and lack of teaching experiences. In this regard, they are not capable of providing their homeschooled children with the high-quality of teaching strategy. Some parents may not be able to develop a good curriculum and preparation to teach their children at home because they are not trained to be a teacher or an instructor so that they might feel insecure about a practical skill and teaching style to educate their homeschooled children. Beside teaching strategy, the shortage of teaching experience still remains an issue for the majority of parents. Educating children at home requires not only a teaching style, but also an experience. For instance, children want to learn mathematics. Plus, parents understand some principles of mathematics, but they do not have a teaching experience in terms of mathematics. However, children may face the difficulty to understand mathematics because their parents lack a sense of teaching strategy and experience, although they are good at mathematics. To sum up, homeschool is a good ways for educating children. It provides many benefits for.
