Greenwood: Where Dreams Become Reality Imagine life in the 1920s, it was so different today. Black people had to stay away from white people every single day. Black people have a much different life than white people. They couldn’t use the same water fountain or bathroom, or even go to the same school. This book is a great book to learn about life back then. Randy Pink’s Angel of Greenwood is a historical fiction novel that informs the reader of the Black Wall Street and the Tulsa Race Massacre in the 1920s in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
