Three hundred and twenty million, this is the number of people living the US, dependent on their jobs for food, money, and shelter. Then, compared to that, we have one. One president, who everyday makes decisions which could change the lives of millions of people relying on him, forever. The election of a president is a very important one, and this is why, for the fair recognition, welfare, and prosperity of the United States, political parties, which are reckless, dividing, so-called "parties", should be completely abolished in order for the United States to be united again. Electing a suitable president should be based on intelligence, relations, and ideas, rather than net worth, or previous presidents of the same party. Third parties are unknown to most Americans, and therefore, these candidates do not have the slightest shot of winning, even if they are suitable for the position of President. Statistics show that 68 percent of voters didn't even know about third-party candidates, such as Jill Stein and Gary Johnson. These third party candidates are unknown due to Democratic and Republican domination of the media and politics in general. On CNN, 29,000 articles were published about the Democratic and Republican Party, while a meager 1,800 were published about the Green and Libertarian Party. The majority of Americans are informed about political news through websites like CNN, which don't frequently publish articles about third parties. With the banishment of all these parties, each candidate can run independently, and everybody will be given fair recognition. Therefore, a suitable president can be elected, since the public and Electoral College are informed about all candidates and their qualities, not just the Democratic and Republican
