Most school dress codes ask students to wear reasonably modest clothes that don't have material with profanity or violence. This code may seem strict, but it serves an important purpose. Dress codes promote safe, professional, and disciplined learning environments that help students be their best selves. Dress codes should be enforced in public schools to ensure safety and discipline. Therefore, I am here to persuade you to follow your school dress code. This is seen as unfair by several parents and students who are influenced by this dress code. Another downside to the dress code is that it violates students' freedom of speech.
