Catholicism is about the worship of God and prayer. We worship one God, and pray to many saints. One main point is that the Holy Trinity is 3 people in one. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are all consumed in one divine thing. They all are still focused around God. The second major point is we don’t worship saints we pray to them. Worshiping God is different than praying, during church the whole mass it is focused around God, also God is the only one who can forgive a sin. When we pray to a saint we are asking for time to help us and give us some of their faith to get us through a hard time or other things.
