Have you ever felt that a person has changed you or you changed them? In the book, the Hunger games there are many characters. Two are Katniss Everdeen and Peeta. In the book, Peeta changes Katniss's trust. Peeta does this by saving Katniss, telling the world he loves her and choosing to live in challenging times. One way that Peeta affected Katniss’s trust and look on help. This causes Peeta to get hurt and Katniss to question what feelings Peeta has for her and his actions. For example, as Katniss was getting the bows and arrows from glimmers body Peeta ran in and told her to run and pushed her to leave causing Katniss to question what just happened to her. An example of Katniss questioning Peeta and his actions is when Katniss wakes from the tracker jacker stings that knocked her out “Peeta! He saved my life! I think. Because by the time we met up, I couldn't tell what was real and what was the tracker jacker venom had caused me to imagine. But if he did, what for? Is he simply working the Lover boy angel he initiated at the interview? Or was he actually trying to protect me? And if he was, what was he doing with those careers in the first place? When the answer says that 2 tributes can go home Katniss has to find Peeta. Peeta at the time was badly injured and on the verge of death. If Peeta would have not run and hidden and would have let Cato kill him then Katniss would have probably fallen into a deeper depression because rue died already and would feel bad because he would have died saving
