The Good Guy
“The Good Place” and “Family Guy” are very popular television shows that fall into the comedy genre. “The Good Place” was released in 2016 and lasted for an incredible four seasons before ending the series in 2020. It focused on the idea of going to Heaven versus the alternative and found comedic outlooks from it. “Family Guy” was first aired in 1999 and despite some rough patches here and there, the show is still being aired today and in the formation of releasing new episodes. “Family Guy” is known for its uncensored humor that makes fun of anything and everything that touches the earth's surface. “The Good Place” is similar to “Family Guy” due to divergent outlooks on philosophy, contrasting views on ethics, and unhinged

“Family Guy” does the same. “Family Guy” has opinions that are varied from all religions. Information related to Muslims, atheists, Satanists, etc. Both shows do not give off the standard impressions of philosophy that most people have in today's world.
Next, “The Good Place” is similar to “Family Guy” due to contrasting views on ethics. Both shows show wide varieties of ethical beliefs among characters. In “The Good Place,” one of the main characters is a devil trying its best to torcher humans. In “Family Guy,” the actions made by Peter Griffin are not always of good moral value such as going out with friends and checking other women out and fantasizing over them.
Lastly, “The Good Place” is similar to “Family Guy” due to unhinged characters.
These shows both have unhinged characters with no care in what they say. In “Family Guy,” there is much racially motivated talk/joking around within the episodes. There is also a bunch of bashing of different religious
